Global Unity Power was recently incorporated in 2017 as a small commercial utility consultancy company that specialise in saving businesses time and money on their gas, electric and water supply in the United Kingdom.
Over the last couple of years, we have built great partnerships with financiers and investment companies around the world to provide investment for developments in Renewable Energy, Waste, Agriculture and Real Estate in a bid to make the world greener and improve every human’s chance at living a better quality life. We also provide investment for other projects in various industries, however our main interest lies in those mentioned

From his past experience, he has developed a comprehensive understanding in business setup, strategic business development, techno-commercial due diligence and is driven by business success and profitability.
Shahbaz Ali
COO & Partner
Shahbaz Ali is a self-motivated and resourceful manager with the proven skills to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency.
Shahbaz currently handles the business operations for Global Unity Power ensuring swift communication with clients and overseeing business finances allocated to various projects, whilst driven by business success and profitability.

Osama comes from a background in construction and real estate, with his in-depth knowledge and experience he is able to pinpoint suitable development opportunities within the market.

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Makhini
Company Lawyer
Mohammed works as a lawyer in the courts of the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf countries, a legal advisor and a certified international arbitrator. He has field experience in pleading, preparing defense notes and writing commercial contracts.
Experience in establishing commercial companies and liquidating them, bankruptcy cases, preventive bankruptcy, carrying out implementation work in all Gulf states, precautionary seizures, procedures for selling real estate and movables and distributing their proceeds.
Ridzwan Majid

Ridzwan works as an engineer for a major oil and gas company based in the Middle East. He possesses a diverse skill set in upstream offshore and onshore operations having involved himself in operation/maintenance and project management.
He is also familiar with international project financing having worked with several global trading banks. His vast experience will help secure strategic partnerships to help Global Unity Power securing global funding and energy projects.
